Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the tour. Being refunded in full. Any cancellation the day before the tour will not be considered, and there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Yes. A child seat will be available upon request.

The day before the tour we will contact you with the exact pick-up time, the guide's name, and phone number. 

For customers who bought the tour with pick-up at the hotel, the address must be given at the time of booking or up to 24 hours before the tour. This contact is the responsibility of the customer.

If they forget it, it will be forwarded directly to our meeting point, and the amount paid for the pick-up will not be refunded.

No, pets are not allowed on the tour.
