Prepaid Services:
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the service begins are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start time will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Fees:
- Canceling a booking with CMTOUR will result in cancellation fees, which vary depending on the type of service reserved. These fees will be communicated during the cancellation process.
Ongoing or Completed Services:
- No refunds will be granted once the tour, service, or activity has started.
- There will be no refund for any package, accommodation, meal, or other service already used, regardless of its completion.
Vouchers:
- Vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
